Warranties
 All warranties whether they be subject to product defect and / or installation are predicated on a pro rated basis. The basis will be determined by the amount of years the manufacturer warranties' the product in relationship(ratio) to how many years the product has been installed in your home. If replacement or additional product is needed, consumer will have to pay their pro rated share for the amount of years they have used the product.
